While indoor spaces remain unsafe, Hope is blessed with a beautiful spiritual campus. We will once again use it for Summer Vespers and Communion services this Sunday evening, August 2. Safety Committee approved communion cups (sealed juice and wafer combo) will be provided.
Worshippers will be required to wear a mask, and families/households will be asked to maintain social distance. Please bring lawn chairs and blankets, as we cannot safely fit in the stone worship circle. Also be sure to bring mosquito repellent!
The service will include instrumental music, readings, a homily, communion, and prayers.
We will not pass the peace or the microphone, sing hymns, or offer communal responses.
There is a rain date, and the Safety Committee reserves the right to postpone this gathering if there is a surge in Covid-19 cases in our community.
