Benevolent Committee

The purpose of the Benevolent Committee is to raise funds to pay for unbudgeted needs requested by various boards and committees of Hope United Church of Christ.

For many years the committee has held two rummage sales per year to raise these funds, one in the spring and one in the fall. 

​

The Benevolent Committee also supports several local charities with rummage sale monies. An extension of this committee is a group of volunteers who serve, by request, at receptions following funerals and memorial services.
